Overview

The Cashier provides excellent customer experiences by creating an exceptional shopping environment through eagerness to help, product knowledge, high standards, and efficient front-end operations.

• Greet and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions and returns according to established procedures.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention policies, and confidentiality standards.
• Create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
