Overview

The Cashier is responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences by creating an exceptional shopping environment through eagerness to help, product knowledge, high standards, and efficient front-end operations.

• Greet and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and enhance their shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions and returns in line with established procedures.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, credit card enrollment, etc.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and operational policies, maintaining confidentiality of company information.
• Create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
