Role Responsibilities

• Greet everyone and proactively assist customers to support their shopping experience.

• Maintain company standards for merchandise presentation of top brands in sporting goods.
• Promote company programs such as warranty sales, loyalty programs, and seasonal promotions.

• Support the team with additional tasks as needed to support store operations.

Qualifications

Targeted Pay Range: $15.50 - $24.25, with starting pay varying based on factors like location and experience. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage for the job location.
