We are seeking a reliable, energetic, motivated individual with previous office or cashier experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities for This Position Include

1. Welcome and assist service clients to ensure a positive first impression.
2. Direct incoming clients and support the flow of service traffic.
3. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
4. Scan repair orders and maintain organized service department files.
5. Provide reliable administrative support to service advisors and management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Basic computer and phone skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Suite
• Experience interacting with customers and employees effectively and politely
• Outgoing and patient personality with good interpersonal skills
• Automotive Reception or Administration Experience (Preferred)
• Knowledgeable on Lexus products and services (Preferred)
