Overview

The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer experiences by creating an exceptional shopping environment through their eagerness to help, product knowledge, high standards, and efficient front-end operations.

• Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to support their shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions and returns following established procedures.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, credit card enrollment, etc.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention policies, and confidentiality standards.
• Create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support team efforts across the store as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.

• Repetitive motion capability for short periods (up to 2 hours).
