Role Responsibilities

• Greet everyone and proactively support customers' shopping experience
• Engage genuinely with customers to demonstrate passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment to their sport or activity
• Maintain company standards for merchandise presentation of top brands in sporting goods
• Promote company programs such as warranty sales, loyalty programs, and seasonal promotions
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected
• Perform other tasks as needed to support the team and store operations

Qualifications
