Job summary

Northwest Hardware Co Inc. is looking for friendly team members to welcome and assist customers and help them complete their projects in one trip. Prior hardware experience is a plus, but training is provided to get you up to speed.

As part of a locally owned hardware store, you’ll contribute to a strong community focus, enjoy a supportive team environment, and benefit from a schedule planned two weeks in advance to help balance life outside work.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find items for their project
• Assist with shopping in a fast-paced environment
• Stand for 6–8 hours and lift 25–30 lbs

Job description

We are seeking outgoing, friendly, and helpful team members to welcome and assist customers. Previous hardware

experience is a plus but not a requirement as we provide extensive training.

What to expect:

• You’ll work directly with customers welcoming them and helping them find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip.
• Like working in a fast-paced and fun environment? We are high energy so time will fly.
• You’ll be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours).
• You must lift 25 to 30 lbs.
