Overview

The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer experiences by creating an exceptional shopping experience through their eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high brand and execution standards, and efficient front-end operations.

1. Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
2. Process customer sales transactions and returns according to established procedures.
3. Promote company programs (e.g., loyalty program, warranty sales, credit card enrollment).
4. Adhere to policies related to safety, loss prevention, and confidentiality.
5. Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
6. Support the team across the store as needed.
7. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
