The Retail Cashier is responsible for providing a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and adhering to operational standards. Cross-training in multiple store areas may be required to support business needs.

• Model excellent customer service practices
• Support a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness
• Contribute to safety and shrink reduction initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
