Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly, thank them, and invite them back.
• Provide fast, friendly, and professional checkout experiences.
• Suggest store specials and promote products.
• Accurately process sales, discounts, and promotions, following all policies and laws.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Restock shelves, displays, and coolers as needed.
• Ensure proper sanitation and food handling procedures are followed.
• Label, rotate, and stock shelves and displays properly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude.
• Availability to support 24/7 operations, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lead by example and work well in a team.
• Quick thinking and adaptability.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 20 pounds regularly, and up to 65 pounds occasionally.
• Work in conditions that may include heat, cold, allergens, noise, and fumes.
