Overview:

The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer experiences through their eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high standards, and efficient front-end operations.

1. Greet and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
2. Process sales transactions and returns following established procedures.
3. Promote company programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
4. Adhere to safety, loss prevention policies, and maintain confidentiality of company information.
5. Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
6. Support team efforts across the store.
7. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
