Position Summary...

We are seeking dedicated individuals who take pride in their work to join our team. You will influence our members' entire shopping experience by providing a positive first and last impression.

As a Member Assist Cart Attendant, your responsibilities include maintaining a well-kept parking lot, assisting members with their purchases, ensuring carts are available, helping load vehicles, and supporting a great member experience. This role requires you to be on your feet and active, regardless of weather conditions.

What you'll do...

• Ensure club pickup orders are fulfilled by notifying members of delays, informing about product availability, offering alternatives, and ensuring proper packaging and delivery of items.
• Maintain facility safety through safety sweeps, proper merchandise handling, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Provide excellent member service by greeting members, assisting with purchases, processing transactions, locating merchandise, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Follow company policies, uphold ethics, and collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
• Complete work assignments efficiently, prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and adapt to changes and feedback.
