Job summary

IKEA Paramus location seeks a permanent, full-time associate to enhance the in-store customer experience by creating a strong visual impression aligned with the IKEA brand.

You will construct, build, and prepare in-store media to secure range presentation and the IKEA visual identity, while reducing environmental footprint and staying current with carpentry trends to improve quality and efficiency. The role offers flexible shifts within hours 7:00AM-3:00PM, with some evenings and weekends.

What you'll be doing day to day

You'll help enhance the in-store customer experience by creating a strong visual impression in line with the IKEA brand:

• Constructing, building, and preparing in-store media to secure range presentation and the IKEA visual identity.
• Reducing the environmental footprint by working consciously with resources and materials and maximizing opportunities to recycle and reuse materials.
• Staying up to date and knowledgeable about carpentry trends to increase quality and efficiency.

JOB TYPE – Permanent, Full-Time
BENEFITS ELIGIBLE? Yes
HOURS – 34-40 hours per week. Must have complete open working availability between the hours of 7:00AM-3:00PM from Mondays to Fridays. (Some weeknights, overnights & weekends shifts are required, depending on the needs of the business, remodels/special projects, etc.)
The hourly pay rate range for this role is $25.06 - $35.40
