Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations as on-site Business Tax Experts. You will provide full-service tax prep for individuals and business entities, advise on tax planning, and act as the primary relationship owner for clients in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment.

You will collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists as needed, deliver personalized guidance, and represent TurboTax in local community marketing

Qualifications

• 3+ seasons of personal tax preparation; at least 30 returns per tax year.
• 3+ years of business tax preparation for federal and state returns; 20+ clients per season.
• Experience with Sole Prop, S corp, Partnerships is highly valued.
• Willingness to work onsite 20 hours per week, Sunday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete tax preparation for TurboTax consumer and business clients.
• Cross-sell bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and other Intuit services to support client needs.
• Build lasting client relationships through proactive communication and personalized guidance.
• Represent TurboTax locally and engage with the community to grow the client base.
