Job summary

[solidcore] is seeking a Director of Retail to lead the e-commerce strategy, enhance product assortment, and develop vendor relationships. You will own the P&L responsibilities while ensuring a seamless retail experience that reflects the brand's identity.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in e-commerce, retail buying/merchandising, or DTC brand management, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Demonstrated experience owning a retail or e-commerce P&L.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platform selection and/or management.

Responsibilities

• Own the e-commerce P&L end-to-end: revenue targets, margin, forecasting, and budget management.
• Develop and manage the annual retail business plan in partnership with Finance.
• Lead platform evaluation and selection; establish operational infrastructure.
