Job summary

Dirty Hands is seeking a full-time Brand Merchandiser to manage a portfolio of up to 50 natural/organic brands and visits Whole Foods retailers in Arlington and nearby DC areas.

You will work about 40 hours per week with early starts, build weekly store routes, maintain brand standards on shelves, report updates via Go Spot Check, and earn a quarterly bonus plus a comprehensive benefits package. The role requires travel between multiple locations daily.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel between locations daily.
• Ability to stand/walk for long shifts.
• Experience in retail merchandising or field sales.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent up to 50 brands in Organic/Natural Food and Beverage.
• Work ~40 hours/week with 10 store visits/week, Mon–Fri, start 5–8am.
• Build and maintain a weekly route across Arlington area Whole Foods locations.
• Grow brands, maintain brand standards, merchandize shelves, and report updates via Go Spot Check.
