Job summary

Dirty Hands, LLC is hiring for a full-time field role focusing on brand representation in the Organic/Natural Food & Beverage space. You will manage a portfolio of up to 50 brands, visiting stores roughly 10 times per week and building relationships with retail leaders.

Expect early start times (5am–8am) and a roughly 40-hour week, with a quarterly bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, along with PTO and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Experience representing multiple brands in grocery/retail environments.
• Ability to build relationships with retail leaders and drive execution.
• Strong communication via email, phone, text, or in person.

Responsibilities

• Represent up to 50 brands in Organic/Natural Food & Beverage retail.
• Conduct ~10 store visits per week across multiple Arlington/Washington, DC area stores.
• Ensure products are merchandised to brand standards; perform shelf maintenance.
