Job summary

Carhartt, Inc. is hiring for an on-site Retail Associate at our Chattanooga location. You will be the face of the brand, delivering the best possible consumer experience and sharing the Carhartt story with customers.

You will maintain visual standards, assist with merchandising, and collaborate with team members to reach store revenue goals while staying compliant with policies and safety guidelines. National travel is minimal but possible up to 5% for events.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Excellent organization, prioritization and communication skills.
• Exceptional team and collaboration skills.
• PC Skills: POS Systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Carhartt brand and align with company mission and values.
• Deliver the retail consumer experience with every interaction.
• Engage customers with authentic connections and tell the Carhartt story.
• Execute Visual Merchandising and Visual Standards to display products properly.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store revenue goals.
• Support leadership and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Identify sales opportunities and drive sales by meeting consumer expectations.
• Assist in community engagement events and grow brand awareness.
