• Promote the Carhartt brand as an ambassador while aligning with our mission and values.
• Deliver a superior retail consumer experience with every interaction.
• Provide genuine consumer connections with engaging, efficient, and personalized service, telling the Carhartt story.
• Execute Visual Merchandising and Visual Standards to ensure product is properly displayed.
• Collaborate with the team and contribute positively to daily operations.
• Participate in performance management, development, training and coaching for growth.
• Support leadership by upholding operational standards and safety policies.
• Work as a team to achieve/exceed the store's total revenue goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and drive sales by meeting consumer expectations.
• Assist with community engagement events and growing brand awareness.
