Job summary

The role emphasizes teamwork, organization, and strong communication. Previous retail experience is preferred, and you will operate POS systems and Microsoft Office as part of daily tasks. Pay ranges from $15 to $18 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Carhartt brand as an ambassador while ensuring actions align with our mission and values.
• Deliver the retail consumer experience with every interaction.
• Provide a genuine consumer connection by delivering engaging, efficient, and personalized service while telling the Carhartt story.
• Execute Visual Merchandising and Visual Standards to ensure product is properly displayed.
• Engage with the team by contributing in positive and collaborative ways, bringing your best to work daily.
• Participate in performance and talent management processes with openness to development, coaching, and feedback for growth.
• Uphold operational standards and safety, including adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Work as a team to achieve/exceed the store's total revenue goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and drive sales by meeting consumer needs.
• Support execution of community engagement events.
• Assist Store Leaders with ideas to grow brand awareness in the community.
• Ownership of one’s own development and professional growth.
