• Provide a genuine consumer connection by delivering engaging, efficient, and personalized service while telling the Carhartt story.
• Execute Visual Merchandising to ensure product is properly displayed.
• Collaborate with the team and contribute in a positive, proactive manner.
• Support leadership in upholding operational standards and safety, following all policies.
• Work with the team to achieve/exceed store revenue goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and drive sales to meet consumer expectations.
• Support community engagement events and grow brand awareness.
