Job summary

Advantage Solutions in West Des Moines, IA is hiring a retail ambassador to drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. You will connect shoppers with products and help them discover new brands, contributing to a positive shopping experience.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support; compensation starts at $15.00 per hour with opportunities to grow, plus potential additional hours and benefits tailored to teammates.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You're 21 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
