Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Brand ambassador/retail sales or related customer-facing experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable engaging with customers in a retail environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to use mobile reporting tools on the go.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within a geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations about products.
• Verify age and ensure interactions comply with policies and regulations.
• Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback.
• Distribute promotional materials and offers, including coupons.
• Educate consumers on promotions and encourage purchase consideration.
• Build relationships with store personnel and management.
• Document activity results and survey responses in reporting systems.
• Maintain program materials, displays, and activation assets.
• Travel throughout the territory to support scheduled visits and events.
