2020 Companies is hiring full-time Field Marketing Representatives to actively engage customers at retail locations within a defined territory. You will conduct activations, educate adults on tobacco promotions, and capture feedback via mobile reporting tools.

The role requires energy, reliability, and the ability to travel daily. Candidates should be 21+, have valid drivers license, and be comfortable in fast-paced retail settings while representing a premium brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, events marketing or promotional marketing is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to use mobile apps and reporting tools while in the field.

Responsabilités

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure all interactions comply with company policies and local regulations.
• Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback and insights.
• Document activity results and survey completion through designated reporting systems.
