Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience, educating them on AE & Aerie products, and promoting the loyalty program.

You’ll move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, keeping guests happy and aligned with company policy. You should love interacting with people, stay energetic in a fast-paced environment, and be available evenings, weekends,

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and can handle a fast-paced environment.
• You are energetic and can manage multiple tasks in a retail setting.
• You enjoy AE & Aerie products and can educate guests about them.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AE selling approach to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to get the job done.
