Job summary

Public Lands at DICK'S Sporting Goods in Saint Paul seeks a Retail Bike & Snow Technician. You’ll build, repair, and service bike and snow gear, while helping customers with accessories and register duties to create a top-tier explorers experience.

Flexibility with hours is required; prior retail experience helps. The targeted pay ranges from $12.50 to $19.50 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail sales experience or customer-focused experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift 15–35 lbs occasionally and for extended periods.
• Comfort working at heights and performing repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, maintain, and repair bike and snow equipment to meet quality standards.
• Diagnose faults and provide accurate estimates to customers.
• Assist with sales and register operations to deliver an elevated in-store experience.
• Help customers choose bike/snow accessories and educate on service needs.
• Maintain shop records and suggest workflow improvements.
