Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a motivated Merchandiser to stock and rotate products at grocery stores and beverage outlets across Alameda, Contra Costa, Solano and Napa Counties.

You will travel to accounts along assigned routes, operate pallet jacks or hand trucks, and record execution using company systems. The role offers competitive pay, overtime, benefits, and a path for advancement.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older or meet state minimum age requirements.
• Must have reliable, personal automobile transportation with a valid drivers license and auto insurance meeting company/state requirements.
• Capable of lifting 25 to 50 pounds regularly.
• 0 to 6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems to document execution and track accounts.
• Maintain backstock areas to support inventory accuracy and product freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Shift:Full-time with a 5:00am – 6:00am start time
• Schedule:Five days per week: includes weekends
• Pay:$24.50 per hour + Overtime

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
