We are looking for upbeat, personable, and sales driven individuals to accurately represent our brand, provide our clients with exceptional customer service, and cultivate long-term customer relationships. Our ideal applicant is highly motivated to set and achieve sales goals, thriving on a commission-driven environment, and a desire to build a career in the beauty industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers
  2. Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner
  3. Managing all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention
  4. Meeting team and individual sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly
  5. Increasing customer traffic through local store marketing
  6. Maintaining up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accounts
  7. Maintaining a clean and organized salon
  8. Opening/closing business
  9. Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma, or equivalent
  2. Customer service experience
  3. One or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  4. Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends
  5. Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals
  6. Proven customer service experience
  7. Polished professional appearance
  8. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  9. Attention to detail and organization
  10. Ability to stand, bend, walk for 8 hours per day
