Responsibilities

• Build loyalty and long-term customer relationships
• Consult customers professionally and upbeat
• Manage daily salon operations, including staffing and retention
• Meet sales quotas regularly
• Increase customer traffic through local marketing
• Maintain client billing records and reconcile accounts
• Keep the salon clean and organized
• Open and close the salon
• Handle administrative tasks and track goals

Qualifications
