Palm Beach Tan - Brookman, Inc. is seeking an energetic, results-driven Full Time Retail Beauty Assistant/Store Manager to lead our store team and represent the brand. You will drive sales, train staff, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while guiding the store toward profitability and growth.

You’ll participate in comprehensive training and have opportunities for advancement in a commission-driven environment. Join a dynamic team focused on service quality and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7+ hours/day).
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meets sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff.
• Schedules and assigns employees; follows up on work results.
• Controls expenses to achieve financial objectives.
• Ensures store complies with legal requirements.
• Manages tasks to keep stores clean, stocked, organized, and customer ready.
• Builds customer loyalty and long-term relationships.
