Responsibilities

• Manage calendar and scheduling for the Retail Director.
• Prepare reports in Excel and build PowerPoint decks for presentations by the Retail Director.
• Coordinate projects and meetings, track progress, and memorialize minutes.
• Plan events and liaise with vendors for on/off-site events.
• Monitor branch schedules and staffing needs; manage training tracking.
• Prepare monthly expense reports for the Division Executive.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
