Qualifications

• High school graduate/equivalent is required; associate degree preferred.
• Two years retail or banking experience required; two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic math proficiency and aptitude.
• Demonstrated academic record of achievement in social and leadership skills.
• Aptitude to handle sensitive operational transactions and customer relationships.
• Professional appearance & demeanor.
• Demonstrated social/communication skills with a self-starter mentality.
• Ability to adjust to flexible hours and sell products/services.
• Assist in supervising staff and daily operations.
• Thorough knowledge of negotiable instruments is desired.
• Must be able to work flexible/extended hours; periodic travel for training.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a rotation/training program to prepare for Retail Management.
• Engage in sales planning, marketing planning and market research.
• Travel periodically to Abilene or other Bank Regions for training.
