Central Bank of the Midwest in Platte City is seeking a Full Time - Regular Retail Banking Leader to drive outstanding service and sales outcomes. You will lead and develop the retail banking team, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to key banking decisions.

You’ll deliver legendary service, learn internal policies, know bank products, and maintain high customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience in banking or regulated environment a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.
