Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting
• Experience with consumer lending, mortgage lending, or core banking
• Bachelor's degree required
• Bonus: AI use case deployment or building AI agents for banking workflows
• Hands-on exposure to generative AI solutions and prompt engineering

• Build and sustain trusted client relationships through insight-driven recommendations
