Job summary

Woodforest National Bank is hiring Retail Bankers to serve customers and drive sales of bank products. You will receive training to enhance the customer experience and help customers meet their financial needs.

Key responsibilities include processing transactions, opening and maintaining accounts, and performing branch servicing duties while delivering friendly, solution-focused service daily.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• Associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Achieving individual sales by identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services.
• Processing transactions, opening accounts, and performing account maintenance.
• Handling branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines.
• Employing problem solving skills to address customer inquiries and/or concerns in a manner consistent with Woodforest’s training.
