Job summary

Woodforest National Bank is hiring Retail Bankers to engage customers, open accounts, process transactions, and promote bank products. You will receive training to grow a robust career in banking and are expected to balance transactions, support branch operations, and deliver exceptional customer service daily.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience or an associate’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree.
• Previous in-store banking experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be positive and engaging.

Responsibilities

• Achieving individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services helpful to customers.
• Processing transactions, opening accounts, and performing account maintenance.
• Handling branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and ATM maintenance.
• Addressing customer inquiries and concerns with the Woodforest Experience training.
