Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales by identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
• Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of ATMs.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with Woodforest Experience training.
