Job summary

Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Branch Banking professional in Waynesboro, VA. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while driving product adoption and account growth at the VA - Waynesboro location.

You will manage transactions, open and maintain accounts, and support branch operations like vault balancing and ATM maintenance. Travel is minimal and compensation includes competitive base pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience or equivalent education.
• Associate's degree plus 1 year of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree.
• In-store banking experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be positive and engaging.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
• Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and ATM maintenance.
• Use problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns with Woodforest’s customer experience.
