Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prefer 1+ years in a related position.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to meet SAFE Act requirements including registration with NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Handle all typical banking transactions in person, drive-thru, night depository, mail or digitally.
• Maintain an individual cash drawer to handle customer requests.
• Assist customers with safe deposit boxes procedures.
• Handle maintenance and service requests and inquiries regarding accounts and services.
• Identify banking needs and recommend solutions for prospective and current customers.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Associate degree (AA) preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
