Formación

• 3 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
• Or an Associate’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous in-store banking experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve individual sales by identifying and recommending bank products.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
• Support branch servicing duties including vault balancing and ATM maintenance.
• Address customer inquiries with problem-solving aligned to our service standards.
