Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• Associate’s degree plus 1 year of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous in-store banking experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Achieving individual sales by identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services.
• Processing transactions, opening accounts, and performing account maintenance.
• Handling branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and ATM maintenance.
• Addressing customer inquiries and concerns with Woodforest Experience training.
