Qualifications

• One year of retail banking experience preferred or demonstrated cash-handling ability.
• Strong customer service background required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and a variety of banking transactions.
• Balance ATMs, cash dispensers, or vault operations as assigned.
• Process debit card requests and handle disputes with the Electronic Banking Department.
• Support online banking needs and help with account maintenance requests.
• Mentor and train new teammates and provide guidance as needed.
