Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience.
• Associate’s degree plus 1 year of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieving individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services.
• Processing transactions, opening accounts, and performing account maintenance.
• Handling branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and ATM maintenance.
• Addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly, Woodforest Experience manner.
