Responsibilities

• Assist customers with online and mobile banking support, including password resets and account access issues.
• Operate with a high level of accuracy while handling cash and financial transactions.
• Complete daily item processing using scanning equipment.
• Support branch operations and assist other branch locations as needed, which may require occasional travel.
