Responsibilities

• Balance and maintain ATM, cash dispenser/recycler, and vault operations as assigned.
• Assist customers with account and card servicing, including: Debit card issuance and replacement; PIN resets; Dispute intake; Stop payments; Address changes; Check orders; Other account maintenance requests.
• Support customers with online and mobile banking services, including login assistance, password resets, and troubleshooting.
• Deliver exceptional service to customers by identifying needs, resolving issues, and connecting customers with the appropriate banking specialists when needed.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the bank's products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Mentor and support new team members through leadership, training, and collaboration.
• Contribute to a positive branch culture focused on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Branch Leadership.
