Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes processing merchandise to the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Monitors team productivity and coaching as needed.
• Ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, and coded correctly.
• Communicates with management to ensure efficient flow of goods and priorities.
