Job summary

TJX Companies is seeking a Store Associate for TJ Maxx in Jeffersonville, OH. Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring associates process efficiently, and delivering an excellent customer experience with a clean, organized store.

You will train teammates, tag and price merchandise, coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty, and support safety and loss prevention. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends; strong communication and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep the store organized.

• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise; rotate back stock for replenishment.
• Collaborate with team and Coordinator on Duty to maintain flow of goods.
• Train Associates on merchandising principles and safety policies.
