Job summary

You will work with Associates to ensure fast, efficient processing of merchandise, maintaining a clean, organized store and supporting the sales floor Responsibilities include training team members, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety and labor policies while contributing to store shrink reduction and overall

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience.
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing of goods.
• Provides an excellent customer experience through friendly, helpful service and organized store environment.
• Trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Monitors team productivity and provides coaching as needed.
