Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and follow procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and uphold merchandising standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and assist in store recovery as needed.
• Maintain safety, labor policy adherence, and support shrink reduction goals.
• Assist in other duties as assigned and participate in a positive store culture.
