Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Retail and Attractions Supervisor to lead daily operations of gift shops, arcade, attractions and vending while ensuring safety, service standards and profitable results while delivering a memorable guest experience.

You will coach and recognize Pack Members, assist in scheduling and labor forecasting, participate in recruitment, and partner with department leaders to drive guest satisfaction as measured by NPS and eNPS.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year Retail experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily retail and attractions operations including gift shops, arcade, attractions, vending, etc. to ensure safety and service standards.
• Coaches, encourages and recognizes Pack Members regularly.
• Partners with leaders to manage performance and policy adherence.
• Responds to guest concerns and escalates feedback to leadership as appropriate.
• Manages scheduling and labor forecasting for retail and attractions.
• Leads daily stand-up meetings to prioritize tasks and gather feedback.
• Monitors staff performance and provides real-time coaching.
• Ensures inventory, safety standards and equipment are maintained.
• Participates in recruitment and talent development for the team.
